Before you email
Some quick answers to the most common questions — these might save you a wait:
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → find Explainly → Cancel. Your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period.
I'm being charged but Pro features aren't working
Try opening the app and waiting 30 seconds — RevenueCat sometimes needs a moment to sync. If it still doesn't work after restarting the app, email us with your Google Play order ID and we'll fix it.
The app crashed or won't open
Force-close the app, then reopen it. If that doesn't fix it, try uninstalling and reinstalling. Your saved problems are stored on your device, so a reinstall will reset them — email us first if you want to preserve them.
I want to use Explainly at my school
